This course is intended to address how we might choose to manage and analyse data derived from various testing programmes or other sources such as field usage. It also addresses how that data can be used to generate useful information about the performance of the product and uses the reliability and maintainability characteristics of a product to illustrate this. Course instructor will discuss practical and pragmatic application of principles and how they can be used in real life scenarios.

The course comprises several structured teaching sessions supported by worked examples to illustrate topics discussion.

It is not necessary for delegates to have advanced mathematical knowledge or qualifications to benefit from the course content.
