This course covers the main aims of the Integrated Logistic Support  (ILS) Process and key activities in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA).

It discusses the key ILS objectives and how these may be achieved. In doing so it provides a comprehensive overview of how these objectives and processes can be applied in a cost-effective manner to optimise both acquisition and Through Life Costs.

The course will cover the differing terminologies and similarities in Integrated Product Support and Product Support Analysis. Instructor will consider the differing approaches, compare their benefits and relate them to international standards where relevant.
