Event Brief

This course brings together both basic and advance knowledge of Ruggedization technologies and assumes no prior knowledge within this sector. The course emphasizes the development and implementation of a Ruggedization methodologies and techniques for use throughout the organization.

We will show you how to utilize each type or Ruggedization process and provide an understanding of each advantage along with concern along the way. The training will cover an overview of each type of material utilized, the specifications that are achieved along with engineering tradeoffs and common test methods to validate each aspect. This approach emphasizes a systematic, disciplines, and objective approach for evaluating all potential Ruggedization solutions.

The course will also explore how to implement Ruggedization within the manufacturing environment covering all essential aspects to ensure a fully complainant process both from the people to the equipment aspects. These aspects will review all upstream process, process controls along with downstream actions that may impact the solutions you have designed.

At the end of the course, you will have learned what Ruggedization is, how to identify potential solutions, how to select and implement effective application solutions, individual or combined, validation methods along with methodologies to identify potential root causes of failures and their corresponding solutions.
